1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE AND DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

 

PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO PUBLIC FORUM AS THE ONLY ITEM ON THIS AGENDA RELATES TO THE CONTINUATION OF THE QUASI-JUDICIAL DECISION MAKING PROCESS THAT TOOK PLACE ON 19TH, 20TH, 23RD AND 24THJANUARY2012.

  

2. DELIBERATIONS – EXEMPT.

  

In order to deliberate about matters in the exempt reports of 19th, 20th, 23rd and 24th January 2012, the Committee has indicated it will need to move into exempt session. The Committee intends to move back into open session at as soon as deliberations are concluded.

  

3. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

 

Recommended - that under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the ground that involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act, as amended.


BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL IS FULLY COMMITTED TO OPENNESS.

 

THE COUNCIL WILL NOT WITHHOLD INFORMATION UNLESS THERE ARE GOOD REASONS FOR DOING SO.


4. RECOMMENDED – THE PUBLIC BE ADMITTED TO THE MEETING.

 

5. LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISONS) ACT 1982 - DETERMINATION OF FOUR APPLICATIONS FOR SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE LICENCES.
