NOTE - For this Agenda Public Forum applies only to matters falling within the terms of reference of the Licensing Committee except for anything related to Agenda Items 7, 8 & 10. Public forum will not be accepted in respect of these items as they concern determination of applications in respect of which notice of any objections have to be given to the applicants sufficiently in advance to enable them to consider and deal with them. A statutory process under which objections can be made was in place therefore objectors have had sufficient time to make their views known since the date when the application was first made and advertised, therefore the suspension of public forum for this item is considered both necessary and reasonable.
