3. MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE HELD ON 19 NOVEMBER 2009
- To be confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Petitions and statements must be received by 12 noon on the working day prior to the meeting. For this meeting, this means that your submission must be received at the latest by 12.00 noon on Wednesday 16 December 2009.
Notification of your public forum business should be addressed to the Head of Legal Services, c/o Democratic Services Section, Room 220, the Council House, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR. and marked for the attention of Sam Mahony or by electronic mail to (democratic.services@bristol.gov.uk)
- to highlight the status of all employee appeals lodged with Democratic Services since June 2009 and their current status.
6. ANNUAL PMDS REPORT 2008 - 2009
- to summarise of the PMDS scores for the year ending 31st March 2009
7. REVISIONS TO JOINT NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVE'S CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
- to consider revisions to the national conditions of service for Chief Executives
- to note the results of the recent SNAP survey undertaken council-wide and to approve the amendments to the flexi-time scheme
9. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
Recommended - that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the following items, on the ground that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in (Paragraph 1) Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act (as amended).
BRISTOL CITY COUNCIL IS FULLY COMMITTED TO OPENNESS.
THE COUNCIL WILL NOT WITHHOLD INFORMATION UNLESS THERE ARE GOOD REASONS FOR DOING SO.
THE FOLLOWING REPORTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN INFORMATION WHICH IS ABOUT INDIVIDUALS, LABOUR RELATIONS OR IS COMMERCIALLY OR LEGALLY SENSITIVE. THE PARTICULAR REASONS ARE GIVEN IN EACH CASE.
