6. APPLICATION TO REGISTER LAND KNOWN AS ELDERBERRY WALK, SOUTHMEAD BRISTOL AS A TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 15(1) OF THE COMMONS ACT 2006

To consider the recommendation to appoint an independent inspector to hear oral representations as to why the application should not be rejected on the basis of the objector’s evidence and then report back to the Commons Registration Authority.

7. APPLICATION FOR LAND KNOWN AS THE GREEN, BRACEY DRIVE, DOWNEND TO BE REGISTERED AS A TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN BRISTOL MADE UNDER THE COMMONS ACT 2006

To consider the recommendation to appoint an independent inspector to hear oral representations on the interpretation and legal effect of the objector’s evidence and then report back to the Commons Registration Authority.
