9. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - STATEMENTS AND PETITIONS

10. CLEAN NEIGHBOURHOODS AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 2005, SECTION 2

- to advise Members of the commencement of the provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Section 2) in respect of Gating Orders and the related procedure regulations and to consider that this report be circulated to the Directors and Cabinet Members of relevant departments for their consideration on how Bristol City Council addresses cross directorate issues i.e. funding for alternative measures.

11. OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY No. 142

- to advise the committee on the enforcement action officers are taking to remove a gate which is obstructing access to Public Footpath No. 142 from Dovercourt Road to Brangwyn Grove, Lockleaze.
