2. FUNDERWORLD APPLICATION

- to consider additional information received regarding the Funderworld event in 2007 in relation to whether James Mellors Amusements Ltd should be permitted to host a Funderworld event on the Downs from 5th - 19th April 2008.

For this item, interested parties can submit a written statement to the Downs Committee by sending it to the Democratic Services Officer no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 11th January on the contact information below.

3. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC (IF NECESSARY)

Recommended - that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the following item, on the ground that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act as amended by paragraph 1 of the the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

To consider any exempt information relating to item 2 above.
