7. FILIPINO FESTIVAL FOR NATURE & ECOLOGY 2008


- to consider the views of the Downs Committee regarding The Philippine Nurses Association of UK's initial application to use the Downs for a Filipino Festival of Nature Event on the Downs on 28th June 2008.

- to consider the future of the Bristol Flower Show

Please note that the Appendices for the report on Bristol Flower Show are being considered as exempt because they contain information relating to the financial business affairs of a company.


If Members wish to discuss any information relating to the Appendix, the Committee will need to move into exempt session and request all members of the press and public to leave


9. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC


Recommended - that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the following item, on the ground that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act as amended by paragraph 3 of the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.


10. BRISTOL FLOWER SHOW


To consider the exempt appendix to item 8 above if required.
