Purpose:

To seek approval for the 2020/21 Building Practice Capital Budget allocation.

Decision:

that Cabinet:

  1. Approve the Capital Programme and authorise the Executive Director Resources in accordance with the Cabinet Member and Deputy Mayor – Finance, Governance and Performance to take all steps necessary in relation works identified at Appendix A at a cost of £2.5m including individual decisions where the value exceeds the key decision threshold;
  2. Note a wider engagement exercise for next year’s programme.
