To seek approval to commence a procurement exercise and thereafter to award the contract(s) to provide emergency payment vouchers for food, fuel and school clothing

1.      Approved the procurement of a contract/s to deliver the Local Crisis and Prevention Fund’s emergency food, fuel and school clothing contracts.

2.      Authorised the Director of Finance in consultation with the Deputy Mayor with responsibility for Finance, Governance, Property and Culture, to take all the steps necessary to procure and award a contract or contracts to provide emergency payment vouchers for food, fuel and school clothing at the estimated value of £1.5m from 1st April 2021 up to 31st March 2024.
