A decision involving a resource commitment of between £100,000 and £499,999 that has not been deemed to be a key decision by virtue of its significant impact on two or more wards.

* Confirmation of the scope of work to be undertaken by the Strategic Partner (Arcadis) to deliver the Funding, Delivery and Landlord modelling work required to inform the Strategic Case for Better Lives at Home over the next 5 years (from 22/23).
* Approval of the corresponding fee schedule and contract value of £174,467. This fee will be split into two parts:
1a: to deliver the baseline model: £81,024
1b: to apply the model to specific cohort requirements and potential site locations: £93,442. The exact scope, progression, and corresponding fee schedule of Part 1b will be subject to the approval of the Better Lives Programme Board on 25th June.

* Due to the timescales around this work and the recent procurement exercise to select and engage a Strategic Partner for the organisation, the decision was taken to draw down on this existing contract.
