Approval to award a contract to carry out
External and Communal Maintenance, Part Window Replacement at
Freeling, Catterton, Aston and Plimsoll Houses.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - There are no other options as the
properties are on a 10 year cyclical maintenance programme and the
works were therefore procured with Procurement and Legal input to
ensure correct process followed. Also failure to maintain homes to
a decent standard could result in health issues for tenants and
claims against the City Council for failure to maintain its
property`s
