To award a contract to the successful tenderer
to carry out a refurbishment of the block at Roegate House.
Approval to award replacement of windows, balcony surfaces and
balustrading with general repairs and decorations. The Council has
run a compliant tender process under an existing Council
framework.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - None. Appropriate to use Lot 4 of
’External Maintenance, Communal Works, Major Refurbishment
and Repairs framework.
