Purpose:
This decision relates to the re- procurement
of the Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES) contract, in
partnership with NHS Bristol North Somerset
Decision:
To extend the existing Integrated Community
Equipment Services (ICES) contract for 3 months until 30 June 2022
to accommodate the lead in to the new contract, following the
re-evaluation process in respect of the tendering exercise pending
a decision at Cabinet.
Alternative options considered:
This is an essential service and therefore it
would not be feasible to discontinue the service whilst the
re-evaluation process is completed to to the detrimental impact on
citizens and service users.
