From our market research and consultation with industry experts Veritherm are the only company able to have the technical capability and capacity to offer a combination of home survey tools as required. We estimate that their combined offer provides a discount of at approximately 65%.

To appoint Veritherm through the route of ‘compliant exception: Particularly advantageous commercial terms’ to deliver up to 270 heat pump readiness home surveys following an innovative methodology as part of the Heat Pump Ready Project.

Option 1 - To award the components of the survey to different companies. Our market research gathered evidence of industry capability and pricing on the individual survey elements available today. 8 different suppliers have provided quotations or have publicly available pricing, none of whom are able to immediately deliver more than 4-6 of the required survey components with most only being able to directly deliver 1-2 items. A nearest comparator supplier cost be £1450 compared to our price quoted of £499
