front-line team leaders across the organisation to do the best job
they can and to enable their teams to do the same. The Bristol
Leads programme is helping us to achieve this.
To procure a supplier to:
Re-run the successful Bristol Leads programme for an additional 100-130 team managers. This is a practical business focused programme to support team managers to innovate, improve and deliver services to a high standard.
Provide practical support to the 150 team managers who completed the Bristol Leads 2018 programme to get the best from their teams and to continue applying the tools and approaches to improve services.
The supplier for the Bristol Leads programme
2018 was procured through competitive tender via the ESPO 664
Framework. The decision to directly award the re-running of the
programme in 2019 (contract value £250,000) to the same
supplier offers the best value for money and is allowable under the
ESPO Framework 664.
