Purpose:

To accelerate the provision of housing to meet the Mayors target of building 2000 homes a year – 800 affordable a year by 2020.

Decision:

To enter into a contract with Perfect Circle JV Ltd to undertake an enabling works package for the Romney House site prior to the site being brought forward for residential development.

Alternative options considered:

Option 1 -
An alternative option to procuring Perfect Circle would be to procure a number of separate work packages however this would add significant time to the overall delivery programme.
