To accelerate the provision of housing to meet
the Mayors target of building 2000 homes a year – 800
affordable by 2020.
Decision:
To enter into a contract with Perfect Circle
JV Ltd to undertake site surveys on up to 27 small Council owned
sites which the Council intends to bring forward for residential
led development.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - An alternative option to procuring
Perfect Circle would be to procure a number of separate work
packages however this would add significant time to the overall
delivery programme.
