This extension will accommodate the procurement and implementation of two replacement systems of this service.

Decision:

To utilise the 6 month extension to accommodate the implementation of two systems that will replace this service.

Alternative options considered:

No other options considered as part of the original contract we had the option to extend by 6 months and this is the preferred route whilst we accommodate the implementation of the new systems.
