delivered via the Go Ultra Low West (GULW) programme, funded by the
Office of Low Emission Vehicles.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - No other options were considered.
Not awarding the grant would mean the Office of Low Emission
Vehicles would need to approve the reallocation of budget to
another project. If this was declined then the Council would be in
breach of the terms and conditions of GULW and the budget may be
clawed back.
