To seek approval to accept and spend funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) for rent arrears financial support.

Authorised the Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing Delivery and Homes to accept the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities’ (DLUHC) Homelessness Prevention Grant and thereafter distribute in accordance with the principles set out in the report and in compliance with the grant conditions.
