To seek approval for the extension of contracts for Care and Support services in Extra Care Housing for six months, from 1st April 2022 to 30 September 2022.

- Approved the request for the extension of twelve of the thirteen contracts for Care and Support services in Extra Care Housing for seven months, from 1 April 2022 to 31 October 2022, with the option of a further five one-month extensions, at a cost of £6.0m.
- Authorised the Executive Director: People to invoke any subsequent extensions/variations specifically defined in the contract(s) being awarded, up to the maximum budget envelope outlined in this report.
