Purpose:
Following consideration of the application
content and representations received during a formal period of
consultation from 7th December 2018 to 8th February 2019, officers
are satisfied that the Old Market Community Association meet the
conditions set out in section 61F of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990. The assessment of the application and representations
received are set out in the attached report.
Decision:
Re-designate Old Market Community Association
as the Neighbourhood (Planning) Forum for the Old Market
Neighbourhood Planning Area.
Decision taken in accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning
(General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) and section 61F of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990 (as inserted by Schedule 9 Part 1 of
the Localism Act 2011).
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Where Regulations have been met and
the Council is satisfied that the conditions set out in section 61F
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 have been met the Council
must designate the Forum.
