To seek approval from Cabinet to make a Compulsory Purchase Order of a house in Clifton
Decision:
1. Cabinet approved making a Compulsory Purchase Order of the house.
2. Cabinet authorised the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member Housing to take all steps and actions necessary to make and progress the CPO including to defend the making of the order through any written representations or at a Public Inquiry in the event of objections to the Compulsory Purchase order and defend any valuation dispute in the Upper Tribunal.
3. Cabinet approved the purchase of the property in the event of the Compulsory Purchase Order being confirmed.
