To accelerate the provision of housing to meet the Mayors target of building 2000 homes a year – 800 affordable a year by 2020.


To enter into a contract with Perfect Circle JV Ltd to undertake a Feasibility study and surveys at Dovercourt Depot to achieve outline planning permission on the site for all matters reserved bar access to the site, demolition of existing buildings and a detailed application for engineering operations associated with remediation of the site and detailed cost information for carrying this out.

An alternative option to procuring Perfect Circle would be to procure a number of separate work packages however this would add significant time to the overall delivery programme.
