Funding is from the ring fenced Outbreak Management (Test and Trace Fund)
Finding will pay for essential legal advice related to enforcement or regulatory matters realted to Outbreak Management
The decision has been made under the terms of the Outbreak Management Fund. It is supported and approved by the Director of Public Health, Christina Gray under local authorities scheme of delegation; and is supported by advice from Finance, HR and legal services.
The Cabinet Member for Communities, Equalities and Public Health has been informed of the decision
