- Approved the indicative pipeline of sites (Appendix A) for transfer to Goram Homes Limited at the prevailing market value;
- Authorised the Executive Director: Growth & Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and the Director: Finance to approve the transfer of this pipeline of sites to Goram Homes Limited on terms to be agreed.
