Decision:
Cabinet
- Approve the additional allocation of Capital expenditure of £2,491,190.61 to complete the full Project, based on the revised Qualitative Risk Assessment (QRA) undertaken and the detailed substantiation’s given in this Report.
- Authorise the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration to take all steps required to spend the additional allocation to complete the full project.
