Decision:
Cabinet
- Approved the spend of £515K to deliver the project as set out in the report and appendix.
- Authorised the Director for Legal and Democratic Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources, to take all steps necessary to procure a new Case Management System at an estimated cost of £1.039m over a 7-year maximum period.
- Noted that ongoing licence costs will be met by the service.
