Decision:
That Cabinet:
- Approved the Building Practice Capital Programme 2023-2028 at appendix A.
- Authorised the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration in consultation with the Cabinet Member and Deputy Mayor – Finance, Governance and Performance to take all steps required (including procuring and awarding contracts over £500k) to undertake the works identified at Appendix A at a cost of up to £5.5m.
- Noted delegated decisions to award contracts will be published (Officer Executive Decisions).
- Noted that the Building Practice Capital programme will be brought back to Cabinet each year with an updated programme of works.
