Decision:

That Cabinet:

1.      Approved the increase and introduction of new Transport Development Management fees as set out in Tables 1 and 2 in this report to better represent the cost of managing these works and bring the council in line with other similar local authorities.

2.      Authorised the Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Transport, to take all steps required to implement the increase in fees.
