Minutes:

The Chair welcomed all parties to the meeting and introductions were made. The Chair set out the process with regard to the meeting being held via Zoom facility.

Apologies had been received from Councillor Paula O’Rourke who was substituted by Councillor Jerome Thomas.

 

Councillor Jeff Lovell was not in attendance at the meeting.

Confidential Staffing Matter

Minutes:

The Committee received a report of the Director Workforce and Change.

 

Members debated the various options outlined in the report and considered the recommendation of officers.

 

It was moved and seconded that the recommendation as set out in the report be approved.

 

On being put to the vote there were five in favour and one against.

 

Resolved – That the recommendation in the report be approved.
