Voluntary redundancy of a Service Director

Minutes:

The Committee considered a revised proposition requesting the Committee’s approval for the voluntary redundancy of a Service Director post, and the deletion of that post, with effect from 31st October 2017.

 

On being put to the vote there were four in favour and one against.

 

Resolved:

 

That the voluntary redundancy of a Service Director post, and the deletion of that post with effect from 31st October 2017, be approved.

Legal Briefing - Verbal

Minutes:

The HR Consultant informed members that for this item due process needed to be completed before any formal briefing, the matter was therefore deferred.
