Minutes of Previous Meeting PDF 204 KB To agree the minutes of the previous meeting as a correct record. Minutes: Resolved – that the Minutes of the Meeting held on 25th June 2018 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Claimed footpath from Shaldon Road to Morris Road Lockleaze PDF 7 MB Minutes: The Network Operations Manager, Transport introduced the report and summarised it for everyone.
He also answered questions from Members and confirmed that there would be a definitive description of the footpath.

Resolved – that there is sufficient evidence to reasonably allege that there has been uninterrupted use by the public (of the footpath) over a period of 20 years which has not been sufficiently rebutted by other evidence and therefore a Definitive Map Modification Order is to be made.
