Resolved – that the report be noted.

Claimed footpath from Machin Rd to Crow Lane, Henbury PDF 30 MB Minutes: The Network Operations Manager, Transport introduced the report and summarised it.
The issue of the gate was clarified.
It was moved by Councillor Langley, seconded by Councillor Kent and
Resolved – that the Head of Legal Services be authorised to make and advertise a Definitive Map Modification Order to show a footpath in the Definitive Map and Statement, as shown on the map attached to the report; and that if the Order is unopposed or any objections lodged are subsequently withdrawn, the Head of Legal services be authorised to confirm the Order.
