Committee is asked to consider an application for the review of the premises licence in respect of Surrey Vaults (Formerly Bristol Cider House), 8-9 Surrey Street, Bristol, BS2 8PS was submitted by The Chief Constable of Avon and Somerset Constabulary on 25^th October.
