2017/18 Precept, Budget and Medium Term Financial Plan This paper presents the revenue and capital budget for 2017/18. This includes the PCC's proposal, for consideration by the Police and Crime Panel, to increase the police council tax precept by 1.99%, resulting in an average council tax level of £181.81 – an average annual increase of £3.55 pence . In addition this paper will present the draft Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) and the draft capital programme for the 5 year period until 21/22. |
