To receive the report of Keith Houghton, Community Resources Manager (Neighbourhoods & Communities Service)

The report presents;

·       update on projects approved at Sept 2018 meeting;

·       update on CIL and S106 funds available to the Committee;

·       presents the Full Proposal for work to stop up Redcliff Hill Underpass and ask the AC4 to consider the request for CIL funding to deliver it. Transport officers will present the report and assist the Committee to consider a range of potential delivery options, including potential use of s106 monies to support some of the delivery costs.
