To receive any Declarations of Interest from Members of Council that are relevant to any items on the Agenda.

To agree that Minutes of the previous Meeting are a correct record for signature by the Chair.

Members of the public may make written statements, petitions and questions to the Committee. These should be sent to democratic.services@bristol.gov.uk or Bristol City Council, Democratic Services Section, City Hall, 3^rd Floor Deanery Wing, College Green, P O Box 3176, Bristol, BS3 9FS.

Any statements or petitions must be received by 12.00 noon the working day prior to the Meeting (in this case 12pm on Friday 4^th November 2022) and must relate to a matter for which the Committee has responsibility.

Any questions must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 1^st November 2022 and also must relate to an area for which the Committee has responsibility.
