To elect a Chair for the purpose of the Interview Panel.

RESOLVED:

That Councillor Craig be elected as Chair for the meeting.

To note declarations of interest.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Committee is asked to pass the following resolution:

That under s.100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1, information relating to any individual, of Part 1 of schedule 12A of the Act.

RESOLVED –

That under s.100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 (information relating to any individual) of Part 1 of schedule 12A of the Act.

The shortlisting pack will be sent under separate cover, as soon as available.

The Committee undertook the task of shortlisting candidates for interview for the post of Director – Public Health.
