Licensing (Hearings) Sub-Committee
Purpose of committee
The Licensing Sub-Committees are established by the Licensing Committee to act in a quaisi-judicial capacity to consider and determine relevant applications for premises licences, club premises licences, Personal Licences and Temporary Event Notices under the Licensing Act 2003.
