01/04/2021 - Scheme Approval Report for the development of land at Capel Rd, Commonfield & Littlemead (`Land-led’ scheme).

That the Executive Director of Growth and Regeneration in consultation with the Mayor (with appropriate legal, finance and procurement advice) approves entering into contract with Willmott Dixon Limited for the construction of 57 new council homes.
