Cabinet:

1.      Noted the extension of the Commissioning Agreement for Adoption West for 3 months from 1 March 2022.

2.      Authorised the Executive Director for People in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children to take all steps required to extend the Commissioning Agreement for Adoption West for five years to 28 February 2027 and implement the proposed variations in respect of the financial mechanism and service specification as detailed in the report.
