To seek approval for a policy position on the rollout of Moving traffic and School Streets enforcement.

To seek approval for a policy position on Centre Lines.

To seek approval for the Full Business Case for Bristol Cycling Hub, Lawrence Weston.

To seek approval of an Exemption Policy for all relevant and appropriate traffic enforcement locations such as School Streets, Liveable Neighbourhoods and bus gates.

To provide an update to the committee on the Charlton Road Walking & Cycling Improvements, following the public and stakeholder consultation undertaken in spring 2024, and the subsequent next stage of design development.

To seek approval to accept and spend funding (including procuring and awarding contracts) from WECA as part of the City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) programme.

To seek approval of the Full Business Case (FBC) for College Green, Park Street, The Triangle and Queens Road improvements.

To seek a decision on whether Bristol should have a dedicated colour for cycle lanes.

To respond in full to the Golden Motion approved at Full Council on 8 October 2024 and to consider the ‘Bristol Climate and Nature Partnership’s Inclusive Transport Vision for Bristol’.

To approve the new all age carers strategy including our strategic priorities.

To seek approval for the Full Business Case approval for East Bristol Liveable Neighbourhood.

To seek approval for the submission of a Full Business Case (FBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) for City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) funding and subject to approval, to accept and spend the funding to deliver the A4 Portway Strategic Corridor.  

To provide an update of the current significant strategic risks within the Transport and Connectivity portfolio to achieving the Council’s objectives as set out in the Corporate Strategy 2022-2027 and summarise progress in managing the risks and actions being taken as at Quarter 3 2024-25.
