Rolling Art Exhibition Site for New Use of ex-Colston Plinth

We the undersigned recommend that the now empty plinth in Bristol City Centre (ex-Colston statue) become a rolling programme of temporary artworks rather than settle permanently on one figure or idea. This would be same proposition as was undertaken in Trafalgar Square, in 2003, when the empty plinth became the 'Mayor of London's Fourth Plinth Commission', and a rolling temporary site for art installations. Each installation remaining on site for a predetermined time, such as two years.
