Charities, small businesses, disabled people and workers should be exempt from ulez. Public transport in this city is inadequate and a lot of us need to get tools or other equipment to work with us, or make it to appointments on time in areas within the zone. The charge does nothing but financially ruin people and force prices of services up. Why are the SUV's targeted by tyre extinguishers are exempt but a lot of our old 1 litre petrol hatch backs are not?
