This report recommends approval of the grant
of a 35 year full repairing and insuring lease of Jacob's Wells
Baths to Fusion Lifestyle, subject to receipt of an acceptable and
sustainable full business plan, and linked to a 5 yearly reviewable
service agreement, incorporating within the lease a suitable
revenue sharing arrangement.
