Direct Award of Open Programmable City Region (OPCR) network extension to Bristol is Open Ltd (BIO)
To implement the cabinet decision to undertake
the OPCR project, the use of a direct award is judged to be most
appropriate procurement route. And agreement of this prior to the
CPG meeting will enable award of contract prior to the end of
financial year
