To seek approval and authority to bid for, accept and spend funding allocations from West of England Combined Authority (WECA) as part of the City Regions Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) and the allocation of match funding to deliver the programme of works to outline business case stage, including maintenance, legacy or minor works.
