To update Cabinet on the procurement of block contracts for Temporary Accommodation and seek approval to the award of the contracts.

To update cabinet on the total spend on temporary accommodation since the introduction of the Emergency Accommodation Framework and approve the future spend during the remaining lifetime of the emergency accommodation framework and the lifespan of the framework.
