Procurement of T.Mistry & Associates (TMA) to audit and monitor the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) for the Clean Air Zone (CAZ) on behalf of Bristol City Council.

 

 

The use of the ESPO framework is compliant and due to the technical knowledge requirement meets the need of BCC as this monitoring service can be provided by a technical expert who has experience of BCC CAZ design and implementation.
A Direct Award also works with the tight timescales for the Clean Air Zone implementation.
